     Thor: Ragnarok came out on November 3, 2017. This movie has been out for awhile, but it is still one of the best recent releases in my opinion. There are bright colors, funny lines, and energetic songs in this movie. This movie is great for all ages. Molly Freeman, a critic from Screen Rant, called Thor: Ragnarok a “breath of fresh air in the Marvel Cinematic Universe”.

     Thor: Ragnarok is a fantasy/science fiction film directed by Taika Waititi, who not only directs this film, but also acts in it too. The movie has made $852.4 million and was shot on a $180 million budget. The movie starred a very talented cast including Chris Hemsworth, Cate Blanchett, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo, Stan Lee, and Benedict Cumberbatch.

     This movie was unique in so many ways. Hela, played by Cate Blanchett, is Marvel’s first female villain. The film was also shot in Australia, where main character Chris Hemsworth is from. Overall I thought this movie was very good. It was full of life and fun that made the whole movie worth watching.
