Riverdale Loses a Dad: Luke Perry 1966 – 2019

     On Monday, March 4 actor, Luke Perry, sadly passed away. Perry was in 45 movies and tv shows like Beverly Hills, 90210 and Riverdale. Perry is known for his role playing Dylan Mckay in Beverly Hills, 90210 and Fred Andrews in the show Riverdale. Perry was born in Mansfield, Ohio and passed away in Saint Joseph Medical Center Burbank, Burbank, California. He died at the age of 52 from a stroke that occurred on February 27. Perry left behind 2 children by the names of Jack(age 21) and Sophie Perry(age 18), an ex-wife Rachel Sharp, and his Fiancé Wendy Bauer. On the day of Perry’s passing his whole family was there for him on his final day.  US Today reported that “Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey said a call came in from the neighborhood of Sherman Oaks at 9:39 a.m. Wednesday, and that an ambulance transported one person to a local hospital. Humphrey could not identify the patient by name.” Luke Perry’s legacy will live on as he will not only be remembered as a great actor, but also as a great person, husband, and father. Luke Perry will be missed by many fans of his work.
